In a world governed by that cruel rule, a “Sensei” who has lost their memory awakens.

There they meet the three Alices, the failed drafts of “Alice in Wonderland”.

The three were fated to kill one another as well, all to become the “real” one.

But their encounter with the “Sensei” throws that fate wildly off course.

This is the retold tale that the three Alices and the “Sensei” without memory begin to walk together――

“I thought it was a nightmare. But you know — Alice was having fun.”

The Alice of destructive impulse.
A cruel Alice of Wonderland, clad in a crimson dress.

She killed. Just as instinct told her to.
The residents of Wonderland, and the people she met after waking from the dream — she went on killing them all.
It was a frightening dream. A nightmare that should never have been, one that made her shiver just to recall.

And yet, in the dream, she was smiling.
Bathed in blood, tearing flesh, breaking lives.
The girl was laughing, delighted from the bottom of her heart.

She understands.
That smile is her true nature.

Innocent, artless, more Alice-like than anyone.
But that purity turned not toward curiosity, but toward slaughter.

The Alice who should have enjoyed her adventure in Wonderland enjoyed breaking lives instead.
And so she was discarded as a failure.

“This time, I’ll look back. Even if it isn’t the rational choice.”

The cold-blooded huntress Alice.
A merciless Alice of Wonderland in a blue dress, bow drawn.

She ran.
Following a rational judgement.

In a brutal story where enemies had them surrounded, she abandoned a dear friend and survived alone.

It was the correct choice.
Better that one survive than that both die — that was the rational answer.
That is what she told herself.

But the heart she turned away was weeping.
She had known all along.
That her friend had stayed behind to let her escape.
Even so, she did not look back.

She understands.
That she is a heartless person who can save no one.

Calm and composed, a girl who reads the battlefield more accurately than anyone.
But that accuracy was not the courage a story’s protagonist needs.

The Alice who should have saved her friend survived by leaving her friend behind.
And so she was discarded as a failure.

“I’m scared… but I’ll fight! I want to prove that even I can be of use!”

The timid spellcaster Alice.
A frail Alice of Wonderland beneath a white pointed hat.

She was used.
Her birth, her kindness, even her willingness to believe.

The hand held out to her was a lie, and the smiles turned her way had something behind them.
And so she doubts.
Are the people around her deceiving her again?
Will she be used for their convenience and thrown away in the end?

She does not want to be hurt.
She does not want to fight.
She does not want to die.

Always frightened, always trembling — and yet she still finds herself wishing to help someone.

A cowardly, gentle Alice who cannot let go of her fear.
She cannot believe that she has any worth.
She tries to prove, in battle, that she has a reason to be here.

But the Alice who should have pressed on through Wonderland could trust no one, and could not take a single step forward.
And so she was discarded as a failure.

“I want to know what comes next. I took up my sword for that reason alone.”

The Alice who never returned.
Another Alice of Wonderland, one who could not come back from the dream.

She could not return.
She could not wake from the dream.

She chased the White Rabbit, wandered Wonderland, and kept searching for the way out.

Her big sister is waiting at home.
Every story has an ending.
Believing that, the girl kept walking.

But what waited at the end of the road was a blank ending with nothing written on it.
Neither a place to return to nor a salvation to close on had been prepared for her story.

And so she took up the sword.

To force her own story to be continued.
To seize a saving ending with her own hands.

The Alice who should have woken from the dream and returned to reality grew up inside the dream, and lost sight of her story’s ending.

And so she was discarded as a failure.
